Priority anatomy: less-damaged side → CC/inferior edge → LV → AC → Allen rostrocaudal CP+ACB morphology prior. Swiss-cheese is display-only and cannot move anatomy. CC is completed/frozen first; the final dotted striatal boundary then uses the Allen AP-morphology caudoputamen+nucleus-accumbens envelope for weakly observed ventral/medial closure while staying immediately inside strong CC/LV anatomy. The lateral ventricle is displayed as one cyan tissue-facing line. Posterior dotted boundaries share only the relevant frozen CC arc that actually borders striatum; the redundant crossing shoulder is removed so the contour stays simple, and the cyan LV display line uses a separate broad CC-linked rescue envelope when needed, without changing the corrected white boundary or ROI placement.
